1. Keynote address in its entirety:

Chris Artinian, president and CEO of Morton's Restaurants, gave the keynote address at the convention. The Artinian family was featured in the movie 'Sound & Fury'*, the story of one family's struggles over the decision to get a cochlear implant for their young deaf son. A sequel called 'Sound & Fury-Six Years Later'* tells about what this decision meant to the family and to the child.
